Any experience (good or bad) generating schema's / editors

Hello,

We are contemplating a system in which it would be possible for a ‘power’ user to define what a specific editor (for a specific type of document) should look like and support. This power user would then be able to select from a library of (more-or-less) standard node (types) and marks. The result of which would then be a PM schema. I can imagine that this has been attempted/done before.

If there’s a collaborative aspect, I do know that there have been some blockers with schema migration, as well as sharing the schema between the frontend and backend.

Understood. Schema migration is going to tricky I guess, regardless of whether that schema is generated or handcrafted.
