Input rule unreliable

Are there any known issues with input-rules sometimes not firing? My trigger regex is simply /: $/

Sometimes it just doesn’t fire. It’s very intermittent and I’ve not been able to find a reliable repro. I think I’ve only seen this in dev mode, and reloading the page seems to fix it, so it’s possible it’s a weird side effect of hot reloading. Does that sound plausible?

Programmer unreliable! ProseMirror was conscientiously warning me I need to set whitespace to pre-wrap, and I was putting that off for a rainy day. Working fine now : )
