I’d love to share a project we’ve been working on as a team of two for quite some time. It’s called PaperJet (www.paperjet.ai) – a fully functional TipTap-based editor built specifically for students, with AI support wherever it’s genuinely helpful, but without encouraging full-on cheating. That’s been our core philosophy from day one.
The editor includes everything students typically need: pagination up to 300 pages, tables, charts, code blocks, math support – all enhanced with AI assistance. For example, you can highlight a sentence to get suggested citations, rewrite it to sound more academic, or simplify complex passages with one click.
We’re currently in the final development cycle before launch and would truly appreciate your feedback: Are there any flaws you see? Missing features? What’s your impression of the idea?
